Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem vnímání podpory učitelů školou účastníky facebookové skupiny Učitelé +. Práce identifikuje klíčové aspekty podpory školy, které učitelům dle jejich vnímání poskytuje, resp. neposkytuje. Zaměřuje se tak na výzkum oblastí podpory školy, které přispívají k udržení učitelů ve školství a navrhuje strategie pro zlepšení pracovního prostředí a podporu učitelů. Cílem práce je přispět k diskuzi o nedostatečné podpoře školy směrem k učitelům a zamyšlení se nad tématy, které by v rámci podpory školy pomohly učitelům vykonávat jejich profesi efektivně. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů, které se pojí s tématem podpory učitelů školou. Dále jsou zde probírány výzvy učitelského povolání a podpora školy, kterou management školy učitelům poskytuje. V praktické části jsou analyzovány a interpretovány výsledky výzkumného šetření na základě příspěvků facebookové skupiny Učitelé +. V závěrečné části práce jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu a navržena doporučení pro možná zlepšení podpory učitelů ze strany školy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis explores how users in the Facebook community Učitelé + perceive the school's support for teachers. The thesis identifies the key aspects of school support that are provided or not provided to the teachers based on their perceptions. Thus, it focuses on research into school support areas that contribute to teacher retention in education, as well as ideas for enhancing the working environment and supporting teachers. The aim of the work is to contribute to the discussion about the insufficient support of the school towards teachers and to reflect on topics that would help teachers perform their profession effectively within the framework of school support. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the definition of basic concepts that are connected with the topic of support for teachers by the school. The challenges of the teaching profession and the support of the school, which the school management provides to the teachers, are also covered here. The practical section analyzes and interprets the results of the research conducted based on the Facebook posts in the community Učitelé +. In the final part of the work, the results of the research are presented, and recommendations are suggested for possible improvements with the support of teachers by the school.
