Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vyšetřením magnetickou rezonancí, především T2 relaxometrií, jejím významem a využitím. Zaměřuji se na principy akvizičních parametrů, možnostmi zpracování T2 relaxometrických map, aplikací v detekci poradiačních změn v terénu ozářeného karcinomu prostaty. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with magnetic resonance imaging, especially T2 relaxometry, its importance and use. I focus on the principles of acquisition parameters, the possibilities of processing T2 relaxometric maps, applications in the detection of radiation changes in the field of irradiated prostate cancer.
