Tato práce zkoumá softwarové pirátství a to zejména v kontextu cloud computingu. Jejími cíli je analyzovat soudobé softwarové pirátství a jeho podoby, vymezit cloud computing, identifikovat jeho vzájemné působení s pirátstvím a formulovat doporučení pro zainteresované strany. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on software piracy mainly in the context of cloud computing. Its goals are to analyze contemporary software piracy with the focus on its forms, reasons leading to it and on antipiracy techniques.
