Climate of Staff in Kindergartens from the Point of View of Directors of Kindergartens

Abstract:

Rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou klimatu učitelských sborů v mateřských školách pohledem ředitelů mateřských škol. Jejím cílem je analyzovat problematiku interpersonální komunikace a pracovního klimatu z pohledu ředitele mateřské školy. Nedílnou součástí je zmapovat klima učitelských sborů v mateřských školách ve Zlínském kraji z pohledu ředitelů mateřských škol. Jedná se o empirickou práci. V teoretické části jsou představena terminologická východiska učitelského sboru. Důležitou část práce zahrnují specifika učitelského sboru mateřské školy z pohledu ředitele mateřské školy. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny principy a strategie komunikace učitelského sboru s řediteli mateřských škol. Významná část práce je věnována výzkumu a jeho interpretaci. Ke zjištěním výzkumu patří, že učitelé mateřských škol jsou nejvýraznější činitelé ovlivňující fungování mateřské školy. K dalším zjištěním patří, že stabilitu učitelských sborů nejvíce narušuje nepochopení vedoucí pozice ředitele mateřské školy učiteli mateřských škol a zatížení ředitele mateřské školy vyplývající z vedoucí pozice.

Abstract:

Rigorous thesis deals with the issue of the climate of staffs in kindergartens from the point of view of directors of kindergartens. Its aim is to analyze the issues of interpersonal communication and working climate from the point of view of director of kindergarten. An integral part of the thesis is chart the climate of staffs in kindergartens in the Zlín Region Its aim is to analyze the issues of interpersonal communication and working climate from the point of view of directors of kindergartens. It is an empirical work. The theoretical part presents the terminological basis of the staff in kindergarten. An important part of the thesis including the specifics of the staff in kindergarten from the point of view of director of kindergarten. In the theoretical part are defined principles and strategies of communication in the staff in kindergarten with the directors of kindergartens. The research part of the thesis is devoted to research and its interpretation. The findings of the research include that the teachers of kindergartens are the most significant factors influencing the functioning of kindergarten. Other findings include the fact that the stability of staffs in kindergartens most disturbs incomprehension of leadership position of director of kindergarten by the teachers of kindergartens and load of director of kindergarten resulting from the leadership position.
