Abstract:
Voda je hlavní složkou všech organismů a rostlin. Transport vody je většinou zprostředkován aquaporiny, 28 kDa integrálními membránovými proteiny, které jsou uloženy v buněčných membránách. Do proteinových kanálků lze zařadit aquaporiny, aquaglycerporiny a superaquaporiny. Abstract:
Water is main component of all organisms. Water transport is mediated by 28 kDa integral membrane proteins, aquaporines, occuring in cell membranes. Members of protein channels are aquaporins, aquaglycerporins and superaquaporins. Aquaporines select only water, but aquaglycerporins select even small neutral molecules such as glycerol.
