Resistance beta-hemolytic streptococci to macrolides
Abstract:
Beta-hemolytic streptococci are usually isolated from throat swabs, the urogenital region, and from infected wounds. The target of work was compare the resistance of the group of beta-hemolytic streptococci (A, B, C, F and G) to macrolide antibiotics and also to compare this resistance with regard to the location of the infection and the age of the patient. Abstract:
Beta-hemolytické streptokoky bývajú izolované z výterov z krku, z urogenitálnej oblasti a z infikovaných rán. Cieľom práce bolo porovnať rezistenciu jednotlivých skupín beta-hemolytických streptokokov (A, B, C, F a G) na makrolidové antibiotiká a súčasne porovnať túto rezistenciu vzhľadom na lokalizáciu infekcie a na vek pacienta.
