The Town Hall newspapers as a PR tool for cities and towns.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou radničních listů, které jsou specifickým typem média, který je určen pro občany města. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat radniční listy jako nástroj komunikace s občany, vymezit rozdíly špatné a dobré praxe (nástroj propagace a médium veřejné služby) a proz´koumat, které mechanismy a vlivy určují podobu a charakter média.
Abstract:
The main aim of the thesis is to describe town hall letters as a tool of communication with citizens, to identify differences of bad and good practice (political promotion tool and public service medium) and to explore which mechanisms and influences determine the form and character of the medium.
