Remuneration in the public sector
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza současného systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve veřejném sektoru. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů a popis odměňování ve veřejném sektoru. Je vysvětlen způsob odměňování a financování mzdových prostředků škol a školských zařízení. V praktické části je popsán a zhodnocen systém odměňování v konkrétních organizacích veřejného sektoru.
Abstract:
The analysis of the current system of rewarding of employees in the public sector is the subject of the bachelor thesis. The theoretical part is aimed at explanation of the basic terms and at description of the remuneration in the public sector.
