Construction of new embassy building in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Závěrečná práce se zabývá návrhem budovy velvyslanectví v ČR v systému dřevostavby a osazení na konkrétní pozemek. Velvyslanectví slouží pro kancelářské účely, ubytování zaměstnanců a pro společenské účely v rámci potřeb velvyslanectví. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí na textovou a projektovou, kdy členění obou částí vychází z vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. ve znění dle pozdějších předpisů dle přílohy č. 13. V textové části je proveden technický popis stavby se zaměřením na konstrukční a stavebně technické řešení stavby. Součástí projektové části je tepelné posouzení obálkových konstrukcí, 3D pohledy a výpočet schodiště. Projektová část je zpracována dle platných norem a vyhlášek.

Abstract:

The final thesis deals with the design of the embassy building in the Czech Republic using a timber-frame construction system and its placement on a specific plot of land. The embassy serves office purposes, accommodation for staff, and for diplomatic social events as required by the embassy's needs. The thesis is divided into two parts: textual and project, with the division of both parts based on Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., as amended by later regulations according to Annex No. 13. The textual part provides a technical description of the building focusing on its structural and constructional technical solutions. The project part includes thermal assessment of envelope structures, 3D views, and staircase calculation. The project part complies with current building code and regulations.
