Abstract:
Práca sa zaoberá systematickým rozborom a objasnením fungovania rôznych prostriedkov ochrany proti nekalej súťaži a zároveň poukazuje na roztrieštenosť súčasnej úpravy tejto problematiky.
Abstract:
This Master´s thesis deals with the systematic analysis and explanation of the functioning of different ways of the protection against unfair competition. At the same time it emphasises the incompactibility of the current regulation of this question.
