Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je současná střední škola a její klima. Práce je zaměřená na existenci forem a faktorů ve výuce, které ovlivňují školní výkon studenta. Jedná se o stanovení cílů a samotné prostředí výchovy studenta, jeho kázeň, jaký vliv má také sama atmosféra školy a s ní spojené školní klima. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je věnována pozornost na samotnou výchovu, její cíle, podmínky a prostředí. U mravní výchovy je zaměření opět na její cíl, proces a obsah. Také je zde řešena otázka, jaký je problém kázně a co je pojem atmosféra ve škole. V závěru teoretické části je zaměření na specifika školního klimatu, jeho typy, vytváření, posuzování a možný vliv rodiny na jeho utváření. V praktické části bakalářské práce je průzkumné šetření a analýza zjištěných informací, které byly získány průzkumem. Hlavním cílem průzkumu je zaměření na zájem studentů o obor, zda se těší do výuky. Průzkumem byla dále zjišťována schopnost studentů k plnění úkolů, jejich samostatnost myšlení v rámci plnění osnov a jak umí řešit problémy ve výuce.

Abstract:

The subject of this master thesis is the present high school and its environment. Thesis is focused on the existence of forms of teaching and factors that affect school achievement. It is discussing setting goals process and the actual environment of education of the student, his discipline, what effect has its own school atmosphere and its associated school climate. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to education itself, its objectives, conditions and environment. In the moral education is the focus again on its goal, process and content. There is also mentioned the question what is the problem of discipline and what is the concept of the atmosphere in the school. Conclusion of this part is focused on the specifics of school climate, types, creation, evaluation and possible influence of the family on its formation. The practical part of the thesis is based on research and analysis of the information gathered by a survey. Its main objective is to focus on students' interest in the field, whether enjoying learning. Student?s ability to perform tasks, individual thinking in the matter of fulfilling the curriculum and how they can solve problems during the learning process, was also investigated in a survey
