Application of the SMED Method in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt aplikace metody SMED ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem mé diplomové práce je snížení doby přestavby na lince SK Module o 20 %. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část zahrnuje teoretické po-znatky potřebné pro následné zpracování praktické části. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu přestavby a přímou aplikaci metody SMED na lince SK Modulu. Výsledkem diplomové práce je tvorba nového standardu, nové organizační uspořádání pracoviště a uspořádání pracoviště pomocí metody 5S.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the application of the SMED method in the selected company. The aim of my diploma thesis is reduction of the average changeover time on line SK Module by 20 percentage. The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part icludes the theoretical knowledge needed for the subsequent processing of the practical part. The practical part of diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the current changeover time and subsequent application of the SMED method on the line of the SK Module. The result of the diploma thesis is the creation of a new standard of changeover, a new organizational arrangement of the workplace and the arrangement of the workplace using 5S methods.
