Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnotový řetězec výrobního podniku, kde byly popsány jednotlivé primární procesy podniku (vstupní logistika, výroba, výstupní logistika, marketing a prodej a servis) a sekundární (infrastruktura, řízení pracovních sil, technologický rozvoj, získávání vstupů).
