Corporate culture its impact on business performance

Abstract:

V současné době je firemní kultura nedílnou součástí prosperující společnosti. Na organizaci už se nevzhlíží pouze z vnější vizuální stránky, ale věnuje se čas jejímu jádru, které tvoří zaměstnanci, hodnoty a přesvědčení. Správná motivace lidí uvnitř podniku, jejich usměrňování a komunikace s nimi, tvoří podnik nejen ziskovější, ale i bohatší po stránce společenské. Zavedení a řízení organizační kultury do firem je jednoznačně krok kupředu k lepším zítřkům. Téma práce jsem si vybrala, protože je aktuální. Firemní kulturou by se měla zabývat téměř každá společnost, jestliže chce být úspěšná. V bakalářské práci se zaměřím na analýzu firemní kultury ve výrobním podniku za dosažením vyššího výkonu. Budu se věnovat vnitřní a vnější stránce firmy. Informace získám rozhovorem s lidmi z personálního oddělení a poté vypracuju dotazník určený zaměstnancům, který mi podá informace o celkovém dění v podniku.

Abstract:

These days, corporate culture is reticent to part company culture. Now it is not looking at the organization only from the outside, the visual aspects, but time is devoted to corporate core, which consists of employees, values and beliefs. Right motivation of people within the company, their regulation and communication with them, these things make business more profitable, but also rich in term sof social. Establishment and management of corporate culture to companies is a clear step forward to a better future. The theme I chose because it is current. Corporate culture should deal with an every company, if a company wants to be successful. The thesis will focus on the analysis of organizational culture in a manufacturing company for achieving a higher company performance. I will devote to internal and external site company. Information I will get an interview with the people from human resources, and then I will develop a questionnaire for employees, which I will get information about the total events in the company.
