Error correction in the real property evidence and related judiciary practice
Abstract:
Práce popisuje problematiku opravy chyb v katastrálním operátu v rámci současné platné právní úpravy a vybrané judikatury, a to jak z hlediska hmotněprávního, tak i z hlediska procesního postupu správních orgánů a soudů.
Abstract:
The work describes problems of correcting mistakes in real estate agenda within present-day valid legal regulations and chosen practice of the courts, from the point of view both of substantive law and the procedure of administrative bodies and law courts.
