Cieľom diplomovej práce je analýza súčasnej českej právnej úpravy drogových trestných činov. V úvode sú vymedzené základné pojmy a zhodnotenie znaku „množstvo drogy väčšie ako malé“. Práca ďalej obsahuje rozbor jednotlivých znakov skutkovej podstaty drogového trestného činu a následný výklad niektorých problematických ustanovení §§ 283 – 287 Trestného zákonníka.
