Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat teorii, uvedenou v prvních kapitolách práce, s praxí při získávání a výběru zaměstnanců uplatňovanou v České spořitelně, a.s., uvést rozdílnosti a návrhy na možné zefektivnění této činnosti.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is focused on comparing the theory of employee hiring and employee selection with the practice applied in the company Česká spořitelna, a.s. The conclusion of this bachelor thesis refers to the divergence of views and brings some tips for arraising the effectiveness of the employee hiring and selection process.
