Oddlužení jako způsob řešení úpadku

Debugging as a way of solving bankruptcy
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti, které se obyvatelům republiky nabízejí, k vypořádání s dluhy, které nepocházejí z podnikatelské činnosti. Jsou rámcově představeny jednotlivé způsoby jak nastalou situaci řešit, se zaměřením na osvobození od dluhů. Komparace účinnosti změn zákona obsahující autorovu kritiku dopadu.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the possibilities that are offered to the citizens to deal with debts that do not come from business activities. The individual ways of resolving the situation are outlined, with a focus on debt relief. Comparison of the effectiveness of changes in the law containing the author's critique of the impact.
