Supervised outlier detection

Abstract:

The thesis describes outlier detection in classified data with using ensemble method - Random Forests (RF). At first we describe existing methods for outlier detection, in classified an unclassified data too. Then we describe computation of outlier factor, whitch tells us how match can be a point considered as outlier. For this computation we use proximity matrix. We extended random forests and computation of outliers. Then we describe the implemetation of mentioned methods. Finally we check out the implementation of our system on four data sets.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá detekciou odľahlých bodoch v klasifikovaných dátach s využitím ensemble metódy - Náhodných lesov. Najprv popisujeme súbor existujúcich metód na detekciu, a to jak v klasifikovaných, tak neklasifikovaných dátach. Popisujeme výpočet faktoru odľahlosti, ktorý nám povie ako veľmi môže byť bod považovaný za odľahlý. Pre tento výpočet používame maticu blízkosti. V práci rozširujeme náhodné lesy a výpočet odľahlých bodov. Následne popisujeme implementáciu navrhnutých metód. Nakoniec otestujeme implementáciu na štyroch sadat dát.
