Abstract:

Tato práce se v její teoretické části zabývá popisem a rozborem sociálních deviací, příčinami a prevencí jejich vzniku a řešením již vzniklého deviantního chování. Dále rozebírá některé významné teorie sociálních deviací. Empirická část je zaměřena na popis a analýzu recidivního deviantního chování jedince v porovnáním s dalšími recidivisty v oblasti páchání převážně majetkové trestné činnosti. Závěrem je formulována teorie možného znovuzačlenění takového deviantního jedince do společnosti a jeho fungování v ní.

Abstract:

This study in its theoretical part is concentrated to description and analysis of social deviations, causes and prevention of their rise, and solutions to such behaviour. Secondly, it analyses some significant theories of social deviations. The practical part is concentrated to description and analysis of the habitual offender s behaviour and its comparation to similar cases in the sphere of committing property crime. The theory of possible reintegration of such habitual offender to the society and his function there is formulated in the end of this study.
