Abstract:

Práce popisuje systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů a z toho vyplývající motivaci pro zaměstnance. Přes teoretickou část – rozdělení a charakteristiku benefitů, výhodnost benefitů - se dostáváme k praktické části, kde je analyzována vybraná společnost a tam používané benefity, řešené logické souvislosti vyplývající z vykonaného průzkumu. Následně je uveden postup jak se dá existující model zlepšit, jaké přijmout kroky k spokojnosti zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance, jak dosáhnout lepšího systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jak tím zvýšit motivaci zaměstnanců. Hlavním přínosem práce je návrh modelu implementace změn zaměstnaneckých benefitů.

Abstract:

Thesis describes system of employee benefits and related employee motivation. Throughout the theoretical part – benefits structure and its characteristics, advantage of benefits - we are getting to practical part of the thesis, where the selected company is being analyzed including used benefits; logical links arising from the executed survey are dealt with. Afterwards is listed method on how the existing model can be improved, what steps to undertake towards the employer and employee satisfaction, and achieve better system of employee benefits and with that increase the employee motivation. Main thesis contribution is suggested model implementation of employee benefits changes.
