Abstract:

Absolventská práce na téma trest obecně prospěšné práce, se věnuje především uplatňování trestu obecně prospěšných prací. Cílem práce je rozebrat základní principy a postupy při trestání v ČR, postup při používání alternativních trestů a dále podrobněji popsat kontrolu výkonu tohoto trestu probační a mediační službou.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with community services and is primarily focused on use of community services as of a kind of alternative punishment. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the basic principles and procedure of inflicting penalties, to summarize the use of alternative sentences to imprisonment and to describe how does the Probation and Mediation Service control the execution of this kind of punishment.
