Abstract:
Předkládaná práce se zabývá možností léčby žilní ulcerace pomocí endovaskulárních technik. V první části je standardizace RFITT metody na základě ex-vivo experimentu na telecích končetinách. Druhá část - RFITT metoda je prověřena na základě klinických dat z intervencí na 1186 končetinách pacientů ve všech klinických stádiích CVI. The study aims to standardize the RFITT method and to compare the effectiveness of RFITT and ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy in the reflux elimination with patients with clinical stage C6 of CVI.
