Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním prostředí portálu Medvik a chováním jeho uživatelů. Jde o teoreticko-empirickou studii, jejíž první část se věnuje tématům uživatelského chování a digitální gramotnosti v kontextu vzdělávání v knihovnách se zaměřením na tvorbu uživatelské podpory knihovnicko-informačních systémů. The thesis examines the Medvik portal environment and the behavior of its users. The study is both theoretical and empirical: its first part addresses issues of user behavior and digital literacy in the context of library education, focusing on the development of user support tools for library information systems.
