New Media and the possibilities of Usage in Art Education within creative activities for seniors.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na volnočasový tvůrčí program pro seniory, který si klade za cíl skupinu seniorů aktivizovat, kultivovat a obohatit znalosti v oblasti nových médií. Na primární myšlenku projektu se úzce váže téma krajinného rázu, jenž celé téma pojí do kompaktního celku. Důraz je kladen na prolnutí jednotlivých médií v rámci zvoleného tématu krajiny. Výstupem jsou fotografie, videa, animace a hmotné artefakty v podobě pohlednic a pexesa. Důležitou součástí je výtvarně pedagogický přesah, kde jsou popsány návrhy na výtvarná zadání, při kterých má být dosaženo mezigeneračního propojení seniorů a dětí. Teoretická část kvalifikační práce se zabývá klíčovými pojmy souvisejícími se stářím, stárnutím, vzděláváním seniorů, mezigeneračním kontaktem, jsou zde uvedena také specifika práce se seniory a motivační prvky. Závěrečná práce se dále soustředí na nová média v kontextu výtvarné tvorby. Praktická část je věnována autorskému volnočasovému programu, který aktivně zapojuje seniory do tvůrčích činností vztahujících se k novým médiím. Cílem práce je přinést nové poznatky seniorům, kteří si chtějí osvojit nové dovednosti a dále představit formy tvůrčích procesů, které přispívají k motivaci, aktivizaci a socializaci těchto jedinců.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the leisure time creative program for seniors, which aims to activate a group of seniors, to cultivate and to enrich their knowledge in the field of new media. The theme of the project is closely related to the theme of landscape character, which connects the whole topic into a compact whole. The emphasis is placed on blending individual media within the chosen landscape theme. The output are photographs, videos, animations and tangible artifacts in the form of postcards and pairs. An important part is the artistic pedagogical overlap, which describes the proposals for artistic assignments, in which an intergenerational interconnection between seniors and children is to be achieved. The teoretical part of the thesis deals with key terms related to nad old age, aging, education of seniors, intergenerational contact, there are also mentioned specifics of work with seniors and motivational elements. The final thesis also focuses on new media in the context of creative art. The practical part is devoted to the author's leisure program, which actively engages seniors in creative activities related to the new media. The aim of this work is to bring new knowledge to seniors who want to acquire new skills and to introduce forms of creative processes that contribute to motivation, activation, socialization of these individuals.
