Names of bus stops of urban public transport in Ústí nad Labem.

Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabývám podílem urbanonym na tvorbě názvů autobusových a trolejbusových zastávek ve vybrané lokalitě v Ústí nad Labem. Diplomová práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí. V teoretickém oddíle jsem se snažila přiblížit onomastiku jako vědeckou disciplínu a v neposlední řadě urbanonymii a urbanonyma, která se objevují v názvech zastávek hromadné městské dopravy. Na začátku druhé části diplomové práce jsem se věnovala historii dopravy, nastínila jsem metodiku práce, rozpracovala a klasifikovala názvy zastávek z motivačního a jazykového hlediska pomocí odborné literatury.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with the share of urbanonyms in creating the names of bus and trolleybus stops in a selected location of Ústí nad Labem. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, it attempts to approximate onomastics as a scientific discipline, finally, urbanonymia and urbanonyms that appear in the names of urban public transport stops. The beginning of the second part of the thesis deals with the history of transportation, outlines the methodology and elaborates and classifies the names of the stops in terms of motivation and language using the professional literature
