Risks of specific learning disabilities in pupils with impaired communication ability.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá narušenou komunikační schopností a rizikem vzniku specifických poruch učení. Cílem práce je mapovat výskyt narušené komunikační schopnosti u dětí vstupujících do prvních tříd z hlediska poruch artikulace ve vztahu k vzniku specifických poruch učení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část zakotvuje teoretické poznatky, které se vztahují k praktické části. Zabývá se specifickými poruchami učení, vývojem komunikační schopnosti, narušenou komunikační schopností a souvislostí vzniku specifických poruch učení a narušené komunikační schopnosti. Praktická část zjišťuje pomocí dotazníku vztah narušené komunikační schopnosti a vznik specifických poruch učení.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is impaired communication skill and risk of developing specific learning disorder. Goal of this thesis is to map an occurrence of impaired communication skill in population of children entering first class of elementary school from viewpoint of articulation disorders in relation with development of specific learning disorders. Thesis is divided in two parts. Theoretical part roots theoretical findings, which apply to practical part. It looks into specific learning disorders, development of communication skill, impaired communication disorder and correlation of development of specific learning disorders and impaired communication skill. Practical part, with help of questionnaire survey, looks into relation between impaired communication skill and specific learing disorders.
