Diplomová práce se zabývá odklony trestního řízení, které jsou významným prvkem pro zrychlení trestního soudnictví. Pozornost je věnována jednotlivým druhům odklonů, tedy podmíněnému zastavení trestního stíhání, narovnání, podmíněnému odložení podání návrhu na potrestání, odstoupení od trestního stíhání v případě mladistvých a dohodě o vině a trestu. Abstract:
The thesis deals with diversions in the Czech criminal procedure which are significant element for acceleration of criminal justice. The thesis includes individual categories of diversions, such as conditional suspension of criminal prosecution, legal settlement, conditional delaying of punishment suggestion submission, withdrawal from criminal prosecution and agreement on guilt and punishment.
