Abstract:
Bakalárska práca spracováva problematiku manažmentu rizika a procesov. Sústreďuje sa na aplikáciu zmien vo firmách. Praktická časť práce posudzuje riziká pri reštrukturalizácie procesov vo vybranej organizácií.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the subject of risk management and processes. The focuse is on the application of the changes in companies. The research of the thesis assesses the risks of restructuring processes in a selected organization.
