Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ukončení činnosti právnických osob formou likvidace. V teoretické části je řešena likvidace z pohledu právního, účetního a daňového. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s likvidací právnické osoby. The bachelor thesis deals with the termination of business activities of legal persons in the form of liquidation. The theoretical section of this thesis shows the liquidation from the point of view of legal, accounting and tax aspects.
