Nutrition in old Age
Abstract:
Souhrn: Ve své práci jsem charakterizovala seniorský věk, fyziologii výživy, obezitu a malnutrici ve stáří. Zaměřila jsem se na příčiny a důsledky nedostatečné výživy ve stáří a nutriční podporu. V neposlední řadě jsem se zabývala prevencí stárnutí. Ve druhé části práce vyhodnocuji nutriční stav konkrétních seniorů s ohledem na sociální podmínky, sebeobsluhu, zdravotní stav a pohybovou aktivitu.

Summary: In my work, I characterized the senior age, physiology of nutrition, obesity and inadequate nutrition in old age. I have focused on the causes and consequences of malnutrition in old age and nutritional support and finally, also on the aging prevention.
