Abstract:
Diplomovová práce se zabývá studiem vlivu teploty současně na listový a kořenový proteom a sleduje efekt fytohormonu cytokininu na jeho modulaci. Využívá k tomu tradičních proteomických přístupů 2D gelové elektroforézy s následnou identifikací proteinů hmotnostní spektrometrií (MALDI TOF-TOF MS). Abstract:
The topic of the diploma thesis is the study of temperature perception in leaf and root proteomes simultaneously. It follows the effects of the phytohormone cytokinin and its modulation of the plant proteome.
