Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá interakcí giberelinu a fotoperiody na klíčení semen druhů Drosera filiformis Raf., Drosera binata Labill. a Drosera capensis L. Celkem proběhly tři výsevy (experimenty), které zjišťovaly zrušení dormance a klíčení semen těchto druhů. Na semena byl aplikován giberelin v určitých roztocích formou namáčení semen po určitou dobu. Výsevy se lišily dobou namáčení semen v roztocích GA3 a fotoperiodou. Fotoperioda čili délka dne byla zvolena na základě geografického výskytu studovaných druhů rodu Drosera L. Fotoperioda byla imitována v boxech se světelnými zářivkami s chladným bílým světlem. Semena byla vyseta na vlhkou rašelinu. V prvním a druhém experimentu byla semena následně po vysetí dána do skleníku, zatímco ve třetím experimentu byla rozdělena do boxů s určitými fotoperiodami. Vždy polovina výsevu byla stratifikována chladem po dobu jednoho měsíce. Výsledky prvního a druhého experimentu poukazují na úspěšnost klíčení semen, které byly namáčeny v 500 mg/l roztoku GA3 po dobu 3 hodin. Výsledky třetího experimentu poukazují na vyšší klíčivost semen při 24hodinovém namáčení semen v roztocích GA3, pro každý druh odlišně. D. binata Labill. nejvíce vyklíčila při 0 mg/l GA3 při 10hodinové fotoperiodě a D. capensis L. nejvíce vyklíčila při 250 mg/l GA3 také při 10hodinové fotoperiodě. D. filiformis Raf. nejúspěšněji vyklíčila při 1 000 mg/l GA3 při 12hodinové fotoperiodě. Ve všech experimentech byla klíčivost semen větší, pokud semena byla stratifikována chladem.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the interaction of gibberellin and photoperiod on seed germination of Drosera filiformis Raf., Drosera binata Labill. and Drosera capensis L. A total of three sowing (experiments) took place, which determined the breaking seed dormancy and seed germination of these species. Gibberellin was applied to the seeds in certain solutions by soaking the seeds for some time. The experiments differed in the time of soaking the seeds in GA3 solutions and the photoperiod. The photoperiod or the length of the day was chosen on the basis of the geographical occurrence of the studied species of the genus Drosera L. The photoperiod was imitated in boxes with fluorescent lamps with cool white light. The seeds were planted to moist peat. In the first and second experiments, the seeds were placed in a greenhouse after sowing, while in the third experiment they were divided into boxes with certain photoperiods. In each case, half of the sowing was stratified by cold for the month. The results of the first and second experiments indicate the success of germination of seeds that were soaked in 500 mg/l GA3 solution for 3 hours. The results of the third experiment show a higher germination of seeds during 24-hours soaking of seeds in GA3 solutions, different for each species. D. binata Labill. germinated most at 0 mg/l GA3 with a 10-hour photoperiod and D. capensis L. germinated most at 250 mg/l GA3 also with a 10-hour photoperiod. D. filiformis Raf. successfully germinated at 1 000 mg/l GA3 with a 12-hour photoperiod. In all experiments, seed germination was greater when the seeds were stratified by cold.
