Reprocessing of wastes from different processes of energetic utilization of biomass to organic amendment

Abstract:

Řešení dílčího cíle zohledňuje potřebu nakládání s odpadními rezidui po energetickém využití biomasy z kontaminovaného prostředí. Z pohledu udržitelného nakládání s tímto materiálem, byl původní záměr společně procesovat odpadní frakci popelu z termochemické přeměny a tekutý zbytek z produkce bioplynu přehodnocen a po prvních orientačních testech bylo od přídavku digestátu upuštěno s ohledem na relativně nízký obsah dusíkatých látek a zároveň nízkou spotřebu. Pozornost byla zaměřena na nakládání s popelovou frakcí z provozů, kde existuje předpoklad energetického využití odpadní biomasy v masovém měřítku a kde při nakládání s podstatnými objemy popelových frakcí vznikají, vzhledem k povaze těchto látek, sekundární náklady. Reprezentantem těchto zařízení jsou komunální výtopny na biomasu, které každým rokem vyprodukují popely v řádu desítek tisíc tun. Vzhledem k ověřeným a nejvíce rozšířeným technologickým způsobům využití biomasy byla pozornost zaměřena prioritně na nakládání s úletovým popelem jako s nejvíce koncentrovanou a co se objemu týče nejvíce rozšířenou frakci termochemické přeměny spalováním.

Abstract:

Solution to the partial objectives takes into account the need for the disposal of waste residues for energy utilization of biomass from a contaminated environment. From the perspective of sustainable management of this material, the original intention was to jointly processes waste fraction of ashes from the thermochemical conversion and the liquid from the production of biogas raised. After the first indicative tests we abandoned the addition of digestate with regard to relatively low content of crude protein and low consumption. Attention was focused on the management of ash fraction from the premises, where a presumption of the energy use of biomass on a massive scale exists and where the secondary costs arises in the handling of substantial volumes of ash fractions, because of the nature of these substances. The representatives are communal heating plants for biomass, which produce about tens of thousands of tonnes of ash each year. Given the authenticated and the most advanced technological modes of use of biomass the attention has been focused on the treatment of fly the ashes as the most concentrated, and as far as the volume fraction of the most advanced conversion of termochemical burning.
