Abstract:

Závěrečná práce se zabývá podobnými motivy v díle Reného Magritta a Maxe Ernsta. Skrze vybrané motivy zkoumá Ernstův vliv na Magrittovo dílo a jejich vzájemnou komunikaci v kontextu Magrittova odmítání vlivu a interpretace. Na základě uvedení a porovnání odborných interpretací hledá pravý původ motivů. V práci jsou rovněž uvedeny možnosti interakce mezi těmito umělci na základě dostupných faktů.

Abstract:

The final thesis deals with similar motifs in the paintings of René Magritte and Max Ernst. Within selected motifs it focus on the influence and communication between Ernst and Magritte in the context of Magritte’s denial of meaning and influence. Based on the introduction and comparison of professional interpretations, it finds the true origin of these motifs. The thesis also offers some possibilities of the encounter between these artists based on known facts.
