Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řešení reklamací v automobilovém průmyslu. Popisuje problematiku rekla-mací mezi zákazníkem a dodavatelem. Vysvětluje základní určování technického faktoru, dle kterého se vyčísluje fi-nanční zatížení dodavatele. This bachelor thesis deals with the resolution of claims in the automotive industry. It describes the issue of claims between the customer and the supplier. It explains the basic factor determining the technical, which is calculated according to the financial burden on suppliers.
