Abstract:
Cílem naší práce bylo zjistit, zda se nějakým zásadním způsobem vyvíjela rezistence poševních kmenů Escherichia coli na antibiotika, na která je tato bakterie běžně zkoumána na Mikrobiologickém ústavu FN USA. Použili jsme 201 vzorků od 193 pacientek a výsledek byl negativní, což znamená, že úroveň antibiotické rezistence u poševních kmenů Escherichia coli v období let 2007 až 2010 významně nestoupl …more
Abstract:
The aim of our study was to determine whether any substantial resistance to antibiotics developed in vaginal strains of Escherichia coli, the bacterium that is commonly studied at the Institute of Microbiology of Medical Faculty and St. Ann University Hospital in Brno.
