Táto práca sa zaoberá právnou úpravou spoločnej zahraničnej a bezpečnostnej politiky EÚ. Je rozdelená na úvodnú časť, dve hlavné časti a záverečnú časť. Úvodná časť vymedzuje ciele práce, historický vývoja SZBP a príklady súčasného smerovania SZBP.
