Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je charakteristika nitroočního tlaku a možnosti jeho měření. V první kapitole jsou popsány anatomické struktury předního segmentu oka v souvislosti s nitroočním tlakem a jeho výškou. Následují kapitoly se věnují komorové vodě, nitroočnímu tlaku, hodnotám NOT a jeho rizikovým faktorům. Hlavní pasáž práce se zaměřuje na metody měření NOT různými přístroji. V poslední části …more

This bachelor thesis focuses on description of intraocular pressure and its measurement. The first chapter describes the anatomy of the anterior segment connected with intraocular pressure. The following chapters deal with the aqueous humor, intraocular pressure, IOP values and its risk factors. The mean part focuses on the devices for measuring IOP and kinds of measurement methods.
