Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení a vedení zaměstnanců v konkrétníchpodmínkách společnosti ZOO Dvůr Králové a.s. Cílem práce je zhodnotit aspekty řízenía vedení zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti s důrazem na roli transformačního a transakčníhomanagementu. První část práce je zaměřena na vytyčení základních pojmů v oblasti řízenía vedení lidí. Druhá část práce se zabývá samotnou analýzou vycházející z rozhovorůs vedoucími pracovníky a z dotazníkového šetření, ze které následně vznikají návrhy na změnuv podniku.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of management and leadership of employees in thespecific conditions of ZOO Dvůr Králové a.s. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate aspects ofmanagement and leadership of employees in the selected company with an emphasis on the roleof transformational and transactional management. The first part of the thesis is focusedon defining basic concepts in the field of management and leadership. The second part of thework deals with the analysis itself in the form of interviews with senior employees and withthe help of a questionnaire survey, from which proposals for change in the company are created.
