Abstract:
Obsahem diplomové práce je deskripce institutu veřejného opatrovnictví, tedy výkonu opatrovnictví osobám omezeným ve svéprávnosti územním samosprávným celkem, konkrétně městem Úpice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů a seznámení s veřejným opatrovnictvím v obecné rovině. The thesis contains descriptions of the public guardianship, that is the function of guardianship for persons restricted in their autonomy by a territorial self-governing unit, specifically by the town on Úpice.
