The thesis deals with the budgetary responsibility within the Visegrád Group countries, namely with its legal and economic aspects. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the rules introduced in the countries in the framework of budgetary responsibility and subsequently to review their application in the countries. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou rozpočtovej zodpovednosti v rámci štátov Vyšehradskej štvorky, konkrétne jej právnymi a ekonomickým aspektami. Cieľom práce je zhodnotenie pravidiel zavedených v daných štátoch v rámci rozpočtovej zodpovednosti a následné posúdenie ich dodržiavania každým z týchto štátov.
