CPR Knowledge Level of nurses in Selected Organization

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení úrovně znalostí kardiopulmonální resuscitace u všeobecných sester ve vybrané organizaci. Zabývá se významem a kvalitou povinných školení v oblasti kardiopulmonální resuscitace ve vybrané organizaci. V teoretické části je přiblížena problematika kardiopulmonální resuscitace, její provedení a jednotlivé rozdíly v postupech u dospělých a dětí. Dále je popsán proces edukace v poskytování kardiopulmonální resuscitace ve vybrané organizaci, kdy tento proces vychází ze zákonem dané povinnosti zaměstnavatele proškolit zaměstnance v poskytování kardiopulmonální resuscitace. Praktická část se věnuje šetření, při němž byla dotazníkovou formou zjišťována teoretická úroveň v oblasti kardiopulmonální resuscitace u všeobecných sester před a po absolvování školení v poskytování kardiopulmonální resuscitace ve vybrané organizaci, ale také jejich zájem o tuto oblast mimo povinná školení a názor na kvalitu školení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the level of knowledge of Cardiopulmonary resuscitation of nurses in selected organization. It also discusses the importance and quality of mandatory training in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation in selected organization. The theoretical part focuses on the proposed Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, its performance and individual differences in procedures in adults and children. The following describes a process of education in cardiopulmonary resuscitation in selected organization where this process is based on the statutory obligations of employer to train workers in providing Cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The practical part is devoted to the investigation, in which the form of a questionnaire determined the theoretical level in the field of Cardiopulmonary resuscitation of nurses before and after the training to provide Cardiopulmonary resuscitation in selected organization, but also their interest in this area beyond the mandatory training and opinion about the quality training.
