The electoral law and electoral judiciary during the first Czechoslovak republic
Abstract:
Cílem práce je zprostředkovat přehled o problematice voleb v období 1. ČSR, se zaměřením na změny a reformy ve volebním systému, a dále pak oblast volebního soudnictví.
Abstract:
The objective of this work is to provide an overview of the issue of elections in the era of the first Czechoslovak republic, focusing on changes and reforms in the electoral system, and also the area of electoral judiciary.
