Termination of an Employment Relationship by an Employer

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je „Rozvázání pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele.“ Práce se nejdříve zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů, jako je pracovní poměr a rozvázání pracovního poměru. Dále se již práce zaměřuje na jednotlivé způsoby rozvazování pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele, tj. na výpověď ze strany zaměstnavatele, okamžité zrušení pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele a na zrušení pracovního poměru ve zkušební době ze strany zaměstnavatele. Následující kapitoly se zabývají neplatným rozvázáním pracovního poměru zaměstnavatelem, povinnostmi zaměstnavatele souvisejícími s rozvázáním pracovního poměru a náměty de lege ferenda.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is "Termination of an employment relationship by an employer." First, the work focuses on the explanation of basic concepts, such as the employment relationship and termination of employment relationship. Further thesis has focused on different ways of terminating the employment relationship by the employer, which is the notice of the employer, immediate termination of employment relationship by the employer and the termination of employment during the probationary period by the employer. The following chapters deal with invalid termination of employment relationship by the employer, duties of the employer relating to termination of employment relationship and suggestions de lege ferenda.
