Methods of Directed Evolution: Applications Towards Engineering of Haloalkane Dehalogenases
Abstract:
The Bachelor Thesis serves as a methodological guidebook for modification of microbial proteins properties by the means of directed evolution. Enzymes haloalkane dehalogenases and their possible use in biotechnology are define in the Thesis. The main part of the Thesis is dedicated to the various approaches of enzyme modification particularly with the directed evolution methods.
