Rationalization of the costs items in the selected company

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je racionalizace nákladových položek ve vybrané výrobní společnosti. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části je definována základní terminologie logistiky a nákladových položek. Podrobněji je propracovaná analýza nákladů, bodu zvratu. V metodice práce je propracována metoda výběru pomocí vícekriteriálního rozhodování a metoda optimalizace rozvozových tras. Aplikační část práce se zabývá deskripcí podniku, produktovým portfoliem, montážním postupem, skladováním a dopravou. Dále je aplikována analýza fixních a variabilních nákladů, horizontální a vertikální analýza, analýza nákladové funkce a analýza bodu zvratu. Aplikační část je zakončena vícekriteriálním hodnocením variant pomocí metody odhadu vah kritérií, konkrétně Saatyho metody, jež je využita při výpočtu metody váženého součtu, metody TOPSIS. V práci je dále uplatněna metoda, při níž byly využity metody sběru dat, dedukce, komparace a syntéza a metody operačního výzkumu, v tomto případě Clark-Wrightova metoda. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení navrhovaných řešení pomocí ekonomického a praktického zhodnocení.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is the rationalization of cost items in a selected production company. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and application part. The theoretical part defines the basic terminology of logistics and cost items. A sophisticated cost analysis and a break-even point analysis are elaborated more into detail. In the methodology of the thesis, the method of selection is elaborated by means of multiple-criteria decision-making and the method of distribution route optimalization. The application part deals with company description, product portfolio, assembly procedure, storage a transportation. In addition, the analysis of fixed and variable costs, horizontal and vertical analysis, cost function analysis and break-even point analysis are applied. The application part ends with a multiple--criteria evaluation of the variants using the weighting decision criteria method, specifically the Saaty method, which is used in the calculation of the Weighted Sum Approach and the TOPSIS method. The method is also used in the thesis, using the data collection methods, deduction, comparison and synthesis and method of operational research, in this case the Clarke-Wright method. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to evaluation of proposed solutions through economic and practical evaluation.
