Tato práce je věnována popisu sady softwarových nástrojů pro rozpoznávání obrazů mozku z magnetické rezonance. Vyvinutý toolbox je tvořen algoritmy, které slouží pro načítání, předzpracování, redukci a klasifikaci obrazových dat. Abstract:
A set of software tools for recognition of brain magnetic resonance imaging data is introduced in this thesis. The developed toolbox is built up from algorithms for image data reading, preprocessing, reduction and classification.
