Abstract:
Tato práce obsahuje stručné seznámení s problematikou generování fantomů ve zpracování digitálních obrazů. Součástí práce je analýza konkrétního typu tkání snímaných mikroskopem a implementace generátoru, který vytváří fantomy tkání tohoto typu.
Abstract:
This document contains general introduction to the phantom generation processes in the area of Digital Image Processing. Essential part of this project is the analysis of colon epitel microscopy images and implementation of an algorithm generating phantoms of this tissue type.
