Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem způsoby nabývání vlastnictví. Je zaměřena na pojem vlastnictví, jako na nejdůležitější věcné právo a jeho historický vývoj. Podrobněji jsou rozebírány otázky nabytí vlastnictví - smlouvou, dědictvím, rozhodnutím státního orgánu, restitucí a vydržením. As the main topic this bachelor’s thesis addresses ways of acquiring property. It focuses on the concept of ownership as the most important substantive law and its historical development. Following issues, the acquisition of property - contract, heritage, by state authority decision, restitution and usucaption are discussed in detail.
